Vivofit Sync and mobile app

How often do you all sync yours? I was thinking mid afternoon and before bed. Also I tried the app on my iphone and it couldn't find it. =(

    I have the same issue. All the other apps and trackers are listed, but the vivofit. Hopefully, this will get resolved fast. :\

    How do you record your steps since the garmin website is not synchronizing with MFP? I am not concerned with the calories just recording the steps.

    The Garmin connect site stores the steps. When MFP sort out the sync issue you can then sync them all across.

    This issue sounds like it's just Vivofit, as my Forerunner is syncing fine.
