yes you will lose weight I lost 20 lbs on just diet alone. the problem is when you don't exercise you don't build muscule. muscle helps you burn more calories and keeps you tone. with just diet a lone you get soggy weight lose with exercise you will help tone and firm and have that tight body.

there are lost of calorie calulators out there that you enter your wieght sex and hieght with a goal wieght and date and it tells your your calorie intake. 1800 is low for a male, men have more muscule by nature. I know that is seems hard. are you exercising too? when you exercise you lose fat and gain muscule which wieghs more than fat. Also try to space your meals evenly and dinner should be at least 2 hours before bed. also dring 16 oz of water before breakfast it gives you a fuller feeling and gives your body a good head start.…
