I do. Almost every single day. I walk on my morning and afternoon breaks. Sometimes with a portion of my lunch, or my whole lunch if I feel up to it and it is a nice day. Now that it is winter, I either have to brave the cold, or walk up and down the stairs during my break, both of which, let's be honest, kind of suck to…

I clean the kitchen every single day. Sometimes numerous times a day. I can't stand dirty counters, or floors, or dishes in the sink. However, open my cupboards or fridge and I will be mortified at how messy an unorganized they are.

I wanted to do that too before my last pregnancy. I wanted to lose 15, didn't, got pregnant and gained 45 pounds. Don't stress about it, don't get down. I try to aim between 1600-1750 a day. I'm trying to lose about .5 lbs a week. I am 5'10' 169lbs.

I promise you everyone is focused on themselves at the gym. I can't imagine anybody taking time to even think that, and if they did, they are not the quality of people whose opinions should matter to you! Any decent person would just be wishing you well!

I have used peppers as my "chips" before, but I used salsa to dip it in. I LOVE salsa, and it is really low cal, but can really do damage if I eat it all day with regular chips. I'll have to try the cottage cheese!!

MFP set mine at 1200 too, but I found it maddening for the exact reasons you stated. Plus I felt deprived a lot. I went to custom settings as NoelFigart1 mentioned, and upped it to 1300.

I've had that happen too. It duplicates some of my entries. Makes my heart stop for a minute sometimes. I just delete the duplication.

It was on carpet, both at home and in the office.

My office won't give anyone a stand up desk unless they require it due to medical reasons. We are also not allowed to use stability balls as chairs for safety reasons. I had one of the bicycle ones for under my desk or watching tv at home. I don't remember the brand, but it always just slid away on me. More of a pain then…

Technically you don't "lose" anything except for the water I believe. I read somewhere that it is all just fat cells that expand when you gain weight, and shrink when you lose weight. I agree with you. I've lost weight so many times just for it to find me again after i've gone back to my old ways. I'll just be a counter for life, but I am ok with that.
