Oh yeah it is only compressing muscle and skin as you said at the rate I will be doing it. But more extreme style compresses bone "Cheater abs" lol, that sounds funny, it kind of sounds like people don't have abs naturally they have to buy it. I don't consider 30% heavy at all actually it closer to my ideal. I am at about 29% have the minor love handles of 25% slightly bloated stomach of 25% but if I could have the flatish stomach and rounded hips of 30% at my current weight I wouldn't be working out.

Numbers!? Don't own excel, is their way to enter data so that each new set is new graph, in the way tracking apps do? I don't work in excel at all but I do have Numbers an equivalent software. Also can the function via cloud just in case I am not home and only have iphone available?

That is an interesting way of looking at it. I guess it odd to me because I never crave things to this level normally I have feeling for a particular food, but never crave it to the point where after I have it I want more, as if my satisfaction point is when I am full or after.

Steak isn't cured with salt. Plus I said specifically bacon because normally don't feel for any other form of ham. But if it is salt I am after why don't I crave something with higher salt payoff like cheese or chips?

I would have guess that if didn't happen when I missing sugar. If I have my regular sugar intake meet is not even an after thought. Only on days when I decide to keep my sugar intake low. And blood work indicates that booth iron levels and blood sugar are normal.

I have iron pills I could start taking them again but my doctor said it wasn't necessary now based on my blood work.
