W1D1 Sunday, W1D2 last night, think I will take a rest day today. Back at it tomorrow. I have been using my treadmill but I would much rather jog outside, I'm in MA, a bit too chilly and dark when I get out of work.

I tried back on track for 2 days and just couldn't do it! I saw a new nutritionist last night and she did testing (can't remember the name of the machine) and said my BMR is 1500 calories and that I am probably not losing because I am not eating ENOUGH calories. Also remember, muscle weighs more than fat so if you have started working out you may be losing inches instead of pounds which is just as great! Keep up the good work, you're doing wonderful.
