  • I drink coffee in the morning and then endless cups of green tea, oloong tea, rooibos and herbal tea from David's tea. I am really addicted to their teas. Some of them are worth dessert to me and only 10 cals a cup. Priceless.

  • Love your last sentence.... it applies on soooo many health related pseudo-science topics. I find it so annoying all these e-mails i get from relatives about the dangers of this, the dangers of that, etc. People also like to have complicated solutions to simple problems.
