  • Looking fantastic! I'm looking forward to marching in the LGBTIQ Pride Parade in Sydney~ I hope to have some semblance of abs at that point. Here's to hoping that the 30 Day Shred does its trick.

  • I charge it while I'm sleeping one night a week.
  • I have been on MFP for a couple of years now, and only just started using it consistently in the past 40 days. As everybody else has said: Take it in baby steps. For example, I have set my goal to lose 5kg (11lbs). I need to lose more, but when I hit that goal I will feel that much more accomplished for actually getting to…

  • I'm more than happy to help you out! I also suggest that you join a fitness group. I've joined the "Drop 20 by Easter Challenge" group, and that's really helping keep me on track. :) I'm not always the best eater, but I try to stay within my goal every day. Even on a "cheat" day! I also suggest that you open up your food…
  • Good idea! Thanks. I will have to start doing this, as I will be very busy with classes soon. :D

January Week 1 - 68.3 kg (150.6lbs) January Week 2 - 68.2 kg (150.4lbs) January Week 3 - 67.5 kg (148.8lbs) January Week 4 - 68.5 kg (151lbs) +1kg (2.2lbs). • Hi Angie, I also live in Australia. I am not a vegan, but a vegetarian. Welcome to MFP - the database has gotten much better in the past couple of years, however it still is hard to find all the Aussie stuff you need. You have only been vegan for a month, so you will be going through some pretty drastic changes already. As…
  • Hi everybody! I'm a bit late this time around... I have been feeling very sluggish this week. Anyways, here are the photos! Am I seeing a line in my tummy? Are those abs? Hahaha... Probably not, but it's a good goal to aim for! Please enjoy Bee and Puppycat at the bottom. Cheers, Bahbedwire

  • This. Definitely this. I didn't drop a lot of weight, but I've lost cm's. Clothes are fitting nicer or looser. Energy levels up. Don't be discouraged, my fellow non-losers or gainers! :)
  • You go into your MFP "My Home" at the top of the page, under that you wills see "Home, Goals, Check-in, Mail, Profile, My Blog" etc... Select "My Blog" and then it will tell you what to do from there. Hope that was helpful! Let me know when you start making entries. I'll check it out. Cheers!
  • Hi Everybody! Here are the pictures I promised. As frazz007 said, little steps! No huge changes, but still so glad I've been keeping with this fitness regime! b
  • January 1 - 68.3 kg (150.6lbs) January 2 - 68.2 kg (150.4lbs) .1kg (.2lbs) loss. Not really happy with the weight, but I'm happy with what I'm seeing! Better posture and less bloating. I'll be posting my Day 10 pictures on my blog for my 30 Day Challenge tonight. I'll see if there's any difference then. Trying to keep…
  • Thanks! :)

  • For those of you who have checked out my blog, I wanted to add some pictures but couldn't figure it out. I'm adding them to this thread. Please visit my blog if you haven't stopped by already. Let me know if you've started one. I need to set small goals for myself, or else I feel that I won't keep myself motivated. I added…
  • Everybody needs a little support! Feel free to add me as well. I also highly recommend the fitbit. I have a fitbit flex and it helps keep me on track as well. I've also joined the community "Lose 20 by Easter" and I have started a MFP Blog. I'm going to try and update it with stats every 5 days to help keep myself…
  • I think doing 30 day challenges for each month is easier for me. I'm doing a 30 Day Beach Body Challenge at the moment. Not excited for tomorrow, as there are 50 burpees to do that day! *cries* I'm also doing a 30 day yoga challenge as well. It's good, since I'm getting some variety this way. Cheers!
