I just put calories cause i didnt have the macro difference infront of me. But protein on MFP is 72 and IIFYM is 109 I changed the settings so i get about 1483 on IIFYM working out 3x a week. I guess ill try that. Its so confusing in the beggining and then trying to hit macros will be a challenge! Thanks!!!
