Trouble losing weight!

Im 20 months post partum... Im stuck at 150.0 I have been since my son was 9 months old. Im not very consistent with working out. But I have NEVER had weight stick to me like this ever... Im tired. I feel huge out of proportion. Im 5'2 a a half and was 133 when I concieved. I would like to reach my weightloss goal as well as tone up. Its so frustrating!!!!! I dont feel like myself anymore

    Yes, it's frustrating to expect results without consistency. Committing to an exercise & nutrition plan produces the best results.

    You don't need to be consistent with working out. You do need to be consistent with counting calories.

    Agreed, you need to be consistent with calories and nutrition. Figure out your correct calorie intake and start logging every day! Also make sure you are getting enough sleep and water. They can effect weight loss.

    I always recommend exercise because it makes life fun :)

    Thanks everyone!!! I know thats why i started posting in the community, I need help and motivation!!! Its hard to do it alone!!! Ill eat good all day counting and then i screw it up by dinner! thats my biggest problem
