I have a scale that measures my visceral fat, total body fat %, total skeletal muscle % and my BMR. I like having the extra data because I can see my body fat numbers go down even when my weight isn't. It helps me know that things are still on track.

Yes, I am getting this error also. BodyMedia/Jawbone customer service was not helpful at all. They said it was a problem with my computer. I've tried on three different machines with the same result.
