have children lol! Life gets busy- people stress eat, drink, and don't work out- raising kids is tough especially when you have to work full time on top of it! Yes- you need to make yourself a priority but it's hard when you are responsible for people other than yourself!!!

I love protein shakes for quick breakfast- If you have more time - ezekiel toast with avocado or peanut butter. Fruit is also good! Oatmeal is another good option.

Same here- my son will be 3 in July 20th. I lost some of it but not all. I want to before I have another!

I just started being a vegetarian at 31. I honestly never really enjoyed meat that much- and how they treat animals has pushed me to stop eating it. Eventually I would like to become a vegan which I think is so much harder!

ok thanks everyone- I have a food scale and need to use it! I just bought PB8 to make shakes for lunch and had one today with kale and a banana- instead of a sandwichy type thing. My workouts do vary- I run, spin, and also do weights with my husband. I go for walks with my little one and he just turned 2 so is always on…

I don't weigh food like I should. I drink beer or wine usually not the drinks with fruit juice. The most I have is 2 drinks once a week. Sometimes 1 drink another day.

I have an 18 month old and work full time! It is so hard to find time to work out when working full time!

I try to order something like Chicken/salmon and a veggie. Or if I get something more fattening, I don't eat the whole things but eat half and use the other half for lunch the next day.

Thanks! I do have a baby carrier and a stroller but I live in the northeast and its freezing in the winter so I don't like bringing my baby outside- unless it is not too cold- I do lift him high and he loves it.
