weighing more at night?
Every time I weigh myself at night it's at least 3-5 pounds more than in the morning? Is this normal lol?

How do I stop binge eating at night/??
Most days during the day I do fine- today I had a bowl of rice krispies and banana for breakfast. Lunch was tomato and avocado sandwich with some chips. Dinner was meatballs and salad. Then once my son goes to bed I like to relax and have a snack and tonight was a whole thing of halo top ice cream - oops!

Can't seem to lose this weight...
Had a baby 2 years ago now... I am 5'4 158 pounds. After the baby I worked out a lot and was pumping and went down to about 145 - what I was pre- pregnancy. Now I am upwards of 160 and would like to be at least at 140. Not sure what to do since I exercise and eat fairly healthy. Mornings I will have eggs, bagel or cereal…
