Losing weight after baby

hi I'm new here my baby is 15 months and I recently weaned and gained some weight back. Last year I was able to work out most days so I lost my baby weight. Now I'm working full time again and finding it hard to work out all the time. I am 5'4 and 155. I was about 145 before and pre baby. Would like to be at 135. I am tracking my calories... Trying to work out and starting a boot camp class next week. Any advice? Trying to limit my sugar as much as possible also
