Energy levels seem pretty normal...and I was just concerned because I am consuming 800 calories or less a day. I know this isn't what we depict as "healthy", I was just wondering if it was going to hinder my progress.

Yes I am accurately tracking which is why I was getting worried about my appetite...I have never really paid attention to my eating habits, but I have noticed over the past week that I never really feel "hungry". Thanks for all of your input!

Right now I have a giftcard sitting in my exercise room for when I hit 150 lbs...I think that once I hit that first goal, I will finally see progress and won't need tangible rewards

I didn't really notice a weight gain on it...but I think it depends on the person. I mean for me, I guess I was lucky because it was really helping my mood-which made me more active which could be why I didn't gain weight

I'm on day two. Techincally day 5, but I didn't start getting my butt in gear until yesterday(something about starting on a Monday). Anyways, good luck to you!
