I can do 1 pull up! I weigh around 185 so I think that's pretty good. Now I'm working toward doing a couple in a row:)

I'd like to join. As summer comes to and end I know I will need some extra motivation to keep me on track

I started a yoga class this week. I think working out in classes will keep me accountable because I spent money so I need to be there. Plus more opportunities to make exercise buddies
