Moderation of food in general is key. The biggest thing you need to do is get into a caloric deficit for fat loss. All of the details dont really matter if you are eating too much. If you burn 2000 calories a day, and are eating 2500 calories of broccoli, you can still gain weight. The rest can fall into place otherwise.…

NotQuiteNorm, You are NOT alone. I STILL struggle with binge eating. I've been doing this for 2-years, lost over 100lbs, put 30 back on, lost some of it again, etc, you can do this. Shoot me a PM for some support and we can figure out exactly why you feel this way. You may not need to binge anymore!!

You can 100% do it. its SO hard sometimes, and i still fail miserably from time to time but getting back up and keeping on towards your goals is key. How much weight have you lost do you need to lose?

I workout at home as well! I've always found going to the gym hard. I did it for a while and found it was too strenuous to get to and from the gym. I have lost over 100lbs just working out from home and been able to keep it off. At home workouts have been my life saver.
