im a little confused on what to and what to not eat. I know that junk food is a nono, but then it gets all technical with flax seed diets, high protein diets, and shakes. Anyone have any suggestions that show results??

Moderation of food in general is key. The biggest thing you need to do is get into a caloric deficit for fat loss. All of the details dont really matter if you are eating too much. If you burn 2000 calories a day, and are eating 2500 calories of broccoli, you can still gain weight. The rest can fall into place otherwise. If you need help please shoot me a PM, would love to give you a hand.0
