No worries at all!

@AnnPT77 I'm pretty sure you're NOT 160 kg... what???!

*badass 😍

First time I've ever managed to grow a decent zucchini... I'm a pretty good gardener but for some reason have always sucked at any kind of squash.

It's been so, SO windy here for the last few weeks, everything is drying out super fast after I water. My tomatoes are all droopy and sad! On a better note I've finished the first crop of pak choi and debating planting more, and starting to harvest small amounts of spinach as well.

The leaves at the bottom of this container include the first head of pak choi I've harvested this year.

Baby brassicas 😃

My department owns the whole floor so we have multiple printers scattered around. I print to one in a different room and don't let anyone bring it to me, so I have to take a small walk to go get my stuff.

Seconding the idea of putting it in your calendar as an appointment. Pre-dedicate the time so you don't feel like you're trying to "steal" time from other committments.

If you eat lamb this was really good: https://food52.com/recipes/20348-lamb-stew-with-butternut-squash

<peers sadly at you all over the top of the windrows the city left everywhere from plowing the 20+ cm snow dump a couple of days ago> 😢

Ooooh yes... Chocolove is my go-to. Ironically I get it from H & W Produce. They also stock a small selection of local things, hard to find things, and specialty things in one corner of the store, and there it is. I usually have a bar of the almond/toffee/sea salt in dark chocolate one in my lunch bag for work. 3 squares…

I never posted what I did with the leftover Christmas turkey. Similar produce content to @mtaratoot's post above me, actually. First I cut the meat into bite-sized chunks. We weren't able to go out this year due to illness in the household so we had care packages dropped off from both sides of the family and the turkey…

1/2 cup frozen fruit (I thaw it but you don't have to) 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt or skyr 1 scoop Leanfit plant protein & greens 1/4 cup Fibre 1 cereal (really helps me with feeling full longer, along with helping... other things 😉) 1 cup walnut milk Top up/thin a bit with water if needed, usually ~ 1/2 cup

I've been needing to use my cane basically full-time the past couple of months, so forced break for me 😢 Not sure if this is finally the point where I need to start looking at surgery if I want to get back on my feet, but in the meantime I'll be living vicariously through everyone's pictures on here.

A lot of what I'd suggest has been covered, so I won't duplicate it. One small addition though: I'm in a shared office and we have a candy bowl for whoever stops by. Big bowl, and right now there are still a bunch of mini Halloween chocolate bars in there along with other stuff. I've asked one of my office-mates "if you…

That's It mini fruit bars. I get a giant bag of them from Costco and keep a few of each flavour in my desk.

It's really nice! The dairy it comes from describes it on their website as a blend of cheddar, Dutch gouda and Swiss raclette. Semi-soft. I've put it in several kinds of sandwiches (including making a grilled cheese with it on jalapeno/cheddar sourdough, OMG SO GOOD!!) as well as a few bits on its own. Will definitely buy…

Small splurge while shopping yesterday. I've never tried this one.

Only one of these came from a store. My luck with peppers the past few years hasn't been great... I'm glad I persevered!

Sundried tomato sausage pasta. I use a local chicken Italian sausage. https://www.budgetbytes.com/one-pot-sausage-sun-dried-tomato-pasta/

What about jerkey?

I found adding more complex carbs to my lunch really helped. It was already pretty high in protein.

Not sure where you're getting the idea that 1,600 calories is a high intake for your size? I maintain on about that (net) at less than 145 lbs. As @kshama2001 pointed out, you're under-fuelling.

I have Soundcore ones. I forget which model, but the sound quality's much better than my last pair, which were Backbeat, for about the same price point.
-
Also how tall are you? My 4'11" friend and her 6'4" husband will give you very different answers! (yes, they look a bit comical together)

I'm female, 46 years old, 5'6" and 140odd lbs. I maintain on net 1,600ish calories. Eat!

Only 1 photo so far this year... the rest is still very much a work in progress! But on Sunday morning this bed was full of crabgrass and weeds, packed down like concrete, had several huge craters from a diggy puppy, and no fence. And by that afternoon I had this 😃 (and heatstroke, but win some/lose some, I guess??) The…

@NorthCascades you around? 🙂

With a deli rotisserie chicken and an assortment of Uncle Ben's Ready Rice and Green Giant Simply Steam veggies (both microwavable) you could create a large variety of meals.
