Morning smoothie with Greek yoghurt and a scoop of protein powder. A serving of chicken (we pretty much always have a deli rotisserie chicken in the fridge) or some canned tuna on my salad at lunch.

I have a recipe saved called "Smoothie Base." 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup Fibre 1 cereal and 1 cup walnut milk. Just add fruit & top up with a bit of water as needed.

What brand are those? I've been looking for a GPS unit for Panda. He also used to be a stray and refuses to give up his outdoor privileges. He was also stolen and dumped (or escaped from his captors?) at one point. It's a miracle we got him back... GPS would've been very helpful!

I've been using this app for years and never had a full-page ad that I couldn't X out of in the top right corner, even since the update. Never had Premium - not even the free trial. Seems odd to me that you'd be actually locked out!

If I don't wait at least an hour after eating to work out, I'm likely to puke. I work out at 6 AM, so fasted it is. No idea if it actually affects anything beyond whether or not I feel sick though.

I take a little baggie to work with 2 sticks of Grimm's mini turkey pepperoni, a stick of string cheese and 6 crackers, usually either Triscuits or pita crackers. Protein, fat, fibre, keeps me full for several hours for 200-some calories (exact number depends on which crackers).

Lost the last of my raspberries yesterday. Puppy (who is now a gigantic 8 month old) got over the fence and destroyed what was left of them. Everything's trampled and broken, and even with the damage that had already been done we lost easily over a gallon of fruit.
