No medication, no drugs... But I will try the drinking water and adding a tiny bit of sugar to my normal meal without going crazy. Thanks for the input everyone :smile:

I like fitnessblender and do their videos one in awhile. I was just looking someone for a bit higher energy, as time with Chalean just FLIES by. I will take a look at BeFit! But I guess strength training is lower key anyway :smiley:

Thanks so much! Tapout is sounding more and more interesting. I would LOVE to try Asylum but even in Max 30 I would get super annoyed when I have to modify due to space issues. I think Asylum would drive me bonkers.

Thank you guys :) I'm so happy I pushed through because, as happy as I am being thinner, I love being strong! Never in my life have I been able to do real pushups or burpees. Now I actually look forward to them haha.
