everything is weighed, measured. I've been entering my own recipes, which I find informative and helpful. My form of exercise is snowshoeing on untracked terrain. on Tuesday did 2 and half hours and on Wednesday 3 hours which turned out to be 10 km. Thank you all for all the helpful advice. Had a really bad day yesterday but really one day out of one month isn't that bad and today went for a 5km snowshoeing hike. Finally reached one of my goals. Happy happy.

Pretty proud of myself so far, I haven't given up, still eating right and actually exercising everyday. looking forward in seeing the results,just have to be patient and keep going. Snowshoeing has become my new addiction.
