Best advise I can give is always try and stay within your macronutrients that MFP setup for you. It is ok to treat yourself to your favorite foods and still lose weight. It's all about moderation and stay within your calories/macronutrients.

Working out sick is really not the greatest thing to do. It also depends on the level of sickness too. You will have to listen to your body and determined if your going to be able to workout.
