Hi I'm 5 8 and currently 145 with my ideal 142. Those 3 lbs though go on and off, off and on and drive me bananas.

Hi all, I lost 3 and a half stone a couple of years ago and have maintained ever since but have noticed about 4 lbs creeping on so I need to get back to basics and start logging again. Can I join in?
