Welcome Quentin, I have had success with low carb in the past only for it to creep back up. Have you thought about something like the 21 day fix. you eat what you want, just eat cleaner. Either way good luck.

Feel free to add me I am down 125 since January. I love my fitbit. I use it and a HRM to accurately track my calories burned during exercise and throughout the day.

I lift but don't log that on MFP. I just log my food and water. I don't like MFP messing with my goals for macros when I plug my exercise into the app. I am however down 125 pounds since January.
