  • Am I the only one that finds tracking everything time consuming?? Also I follow IIFYM, so ideally need to hit a certain goal of carbs/protein/fat, so I need to plan in advance. I tend to find a combo of foods that work then eating the same thing everyday cause I know it fits my macros... #lazy
  • Daily post Tue - June 4 Tracked: yes Calories: Under Exercise: did a HIIT workout from fitnessblender, I was sweating so that’s good!
  • Daily post Track: Yes - but not 100% as we had dinner at my aunt's place so didn't have my scale to weigh everything. but still it was a healthy meal so not too worried. Calories: Under Exercise: not today. We were at our trailer most of the day and it rained a lot, so didn't get to do much.

  • That sounds brutal!! Good for you for doing it. I did a trial crossfit class last December and decided to buy 10 classes...I havent been back since! Need to get my butt in gear or else that’s a lot of $ wasted .
  • @Nige1313, remind me how many lbs in a stone?? I'm with you, consistency is key and this group will help keep us honest :) I went for a 'run' at lunch, it was been a while so it was more walking than running, but still better than sitting on my butt doing nothing!
  • @red1185, couch to 5k is a great way to get you moving, and funning 5k is such a great goal. I get that it may seem hard now, but you'll be there in no time.
  • 2 lbs loss is better than a gain! But I can understand where you are coming from. Getting to ONEderland is a very inspiring goal. I'm sure you can do it!

  • @johicks I checked my weight this morning and I was actually 174.8. I'll admit the 177 was a bit of a guess so maybe you can change it to today's weight. don't want to cheat!! :)

  • That is a great suggestion regarding the water. I really don't drink enough water I have to say. Mostly Coffee and Diet Coke. Such a bad habit!
