MFP has an Apps section where you can pick a pedometer app or a tracker app to integrate. It will add up your calories burned and add that to your diary. Otherwise in the Exercise Diary you can manually add in your walk/run in minutes and MFP will calculate your calories from there. There is no place to add in steps. So…

I understand that it takes up to 3 weeks for it learn you and start to become fully accurate. I believe you can also calibrate it as well.

What do you mean by not working? What is it not doing?

It's whatever you put in as your name. Likely your first and last. Otherwise your email should work.

This is my first tracker so I do not speak from experience. That said, I've read from other experienced people, every manufacturer calculates differently and we should use their calculations as approximations because every person's body is different. So for me, I use the BMR calculation to determine my food intake towards…

Anyone feel free to add me.

"Eat what I fix or go without" ...mean...but effective. Your health is more important than yummy food for the others. Smaller portions is also a good idea, that is what we are currently doing. And adding more veggies.

I walk on breaks and lunch. I have a fan at my desk. The walks are short so I don't get much sweaty. Not the best work out but better than nothing.

Add me if you like. Been at it for a month now.

I'm male and 38, started at 336 lbs. I lost 16 in 5 weeks eating about 2,300 calories per day. It is a good pace. I think the 3,000 calorie is a good start for your size. Please consider staying with that for a couple weeks before going lower. Eat what you like until you hit that 3,000 cal. As you progress then eat…

Add me if you like. I have around 140 lbs to lose. I have 16 so far.

Grill it. Makes a huge difference. Lay down foil or a cedar plank and grill from there. Any spices you like. Perhaps start with Old Bay Seasoning? Better yet if you have a fire pit in the back yard get a tripod and cook over an open flame. That is the absolute best.

I go for a walk in the morning and afternoon in the parking lot. It takes two laps to get 10 minutes. It is some exercise but best of all it makes me more fresh so I can concentrate on my work better. I also park as far away as I can so I get a bit of a walk at lunch because I eat in my car. I know that is sad but I need…

That sounds good. I'm will have to give that a try. Thanks.

Sorry about the berries. I have also used clementine oranges, and pineapple and liked them very much. If you use oranges be sure to remove as much as the white stuff as possible. Truly any sweet juicy fruit will due that you like. The key is: what you like. So try combinations until you find what you like. I had several…

I don't like vegetables and I have a sweet tooth. Every morning my breakfast is a smoothie and I like it. Not knowing what you have available I hope this may help. 4 cups spinach, 1 cup strawberries or blue berries or banana or combination thereof, 1 cup almond milk, 1-2 cups water, 1 scoop whey protein powder, 1 teaspoon…
