Totally fell off the wagon yesterday. I have no idea how many carbs I ate, but there were a lot of refined carbs and sugar. I am definitely paying the price today. Huge weight gain, and intestinal issues. UGGHH!

Thanks for the kindness and support after the loss of my friend. It means a lot to me! I was able to pull myself back after my carb binge, and kept my carbs ultra low. Total carbs for Friday: 3g Today I plan to increase my carb count a bit and include a few more veggies.

OMG! I totally fell off the wagon. A good friend of mine just passed away. I've been at the hospital since Wednesday night with her and her family. Ate nothing but carbs! HUGE weight gain, I'm sure it is mostly water, but I'm getting back on track. Starting right now!

I live in Texas, so taco night is important to me! I have started using a roasted poblano pepper as a taco "shell." You can also make a taco shell with shredded cheese baked in the oven then molded into a taco shape. You can probably do a google search for the recipe.

Back from my trip to visit my daughter in Austin and woke up this morning with a 1.2 lb loss! I was able to keep my carbs low, but didn't get many veggies in. My plan for today is to keep the momentum going. My goal is to get most of my carbs from veggies and not over-do the fat!

I have it set for Public, so you should be able to see it, but if you can't send me a friend request. I am doing a Keto WOE, so I try to keep my Total Carbs at 20 or less. I've been doing this for a couple of months now. At first it was a bit challenging, but I have hit my stride, and have figured out how to make it work.

I don't have a photo to show you because I finished my lunch before I saw this thread, but I just ate the most delicious bowl of Chicken Pho soup. I order it without the rice noodles. It's one of my favorite lunches!

I just got back from vacation. On occasion I ate something with carbs that I wouldn't normally eat at home, but for the most part I found it fairly easy stick to the Keto WOE, and still enjoy new food experiences. For the first time ever, I came home from vacation without a weight gain!
