@KnitOrMiss sure! I use this one below from Reddit, but replaced the cocoa powder with almond flour for this dessert. Otherwise I used the recipe exactly as it is. I personally like it a lot!

Delicious, yummy HFLC food. Thank you. I, too, was tired of high carb pictures!0

Sometimes, the simplest meals are the best.
Bacon burger, with a side of bacon. The "bun" is two portobello mushroom caps, that were rubbed with coconut oil, basil, and garlic.

@Gallowmere1984, that portabello bun is an awesome idea! I've been eating burgers and toppings out of a bowl lately since lettuce "buns" don't seem to work well for me and I'm not willing to venture into the LC bread recipes. Thanks!!1

Rosemary chicken in Carmelized onion sauce smothered in lots of butter (because I forgot to add it in during cooking...lol ), green beans with bacon and grape tomatoes and my yummy avocados! My family ate this chicken up! Found on Pinterest, as usual.

love all the ideas0

On the weekend my first is usually something simple. Soft boiled eggs on top of sliced tomatoes, avocado, bacon and shredded mozzarella. Seasoned with fresh cracked pink salt and black pepper.

I don't have a photo to show you because I finished my lunch before I saw this thread, but I just ate the most delicious bowl of Chicken Pho soup. I order it without the rice noodles. It's one of my favorite lunches!1

Collard greens with bacon
Not a summery meal, but they were in season at the farmers market here in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Love me some collards. I ate tons when I wasn't LCHF. I made a batch for dinner one night and ate them all before dinner so had to go to the store for more.1

So easy to eat too many! I made sure to portion it out into 4 little containers (1 lb cooks down a lot, so it looks like not much to eat, but I'm FULL!).0

This was my first time making them, too.0

It looks delicious !1

I cannot even explain, but that comment, @Gallowmere1984 , made me think of the low carb version of this recipe!

Trader Joe's fire roasted onions and peppers with sun dried tomato chicken sausage. Super easy and quick! My boyfriend likes it was sour cream on top but he isn't LC

@missholls910 - Most full fat sour cream is low carb...I tend to get Daisy brand because it has less weird ingredients and only 1 gram of carbs per 2 TBSP of sour cream. I use it quite frequently. I guess only the dairy effects would be the concern for some low carbers, but I'm a low carber who regularly eats dairy...so ??? The way you made the statement just confused me a bit...1

@KnitOrMiss I try to minimize my diary as it usually makes me stuffy and too much gives me a tummy ache. I used to save my limited amounts of dairy for ice cream. Now I save it for cheese. I love cheese!3 -

Sous Vide Ribeye cooked @ 129°F for 60 minutes and then finished on a cast iron skillet in butter with a side of baked/seasoned broccoli (baked @ 400°F for 20 minutes with olive oil drizzled over; side note - I wish I would have left it in a tad longer. Maybe another 10 minutes to give it more crispiness)
