I was part of that pain group too. Had mine 11/24 and it took me a month to feel GOOD.I now feel like I never had the surgery and have lost 31 lbs from my HW. A lot of people kick into full gear more quickly than I did! Congrats on the start of a new life!

I gained a pound lost a pound a few times and I am just a little over 2 mo out. I know I should not step on the scale everyday but it taunts me!!!!

Hi, I am doing lifting now and am also on 700-900 cal a day. Just start light and slow. You need to let your trainer know that there will not be 1800cal days in your future! I do the treadmill 3 times a week and lift 2 times a wk. Legs and arms and back.

I wish there were LIKE buttons! I would like and relate to all of these commentsexcept the Dickey Doo, which is a riot. I do have a Boob rest, it is my upper stomach. I won't miss two tummies one on top and one under with a distinct line between. Years of tight pants caused that I am sure LOL. I look at my list everyday…

You must be my long lost sister because that is exactly how I feel!!!!!!!!! Okay...I will try to kick the scale habit. You are right. I am doubting. I did better on HGC. I know it will get better, just thought it would be a bit more productive....but Hey 30 pounds is great, I will keep telling myself that!

Hi I am new too! My surgery was at the end of Nov. I lose 2 pounds gain 1...gain 1 lose two. I am so confused and a little bummed. I figured under 1000k cals I would be losing all the time. Now working out 20 min cardio 3 times a week and weight lifting 2 times a week...any advice to keep the scale going in the down…
