Thanks Delilahhhhhh! Convict Conditioning is what actually got me interested in doing squats. I have been able to do the shoulderstand squats but I'm stuck on the jacknifes. I can do them if I hold on to something but not with just my palms on a surface (I always fall backwards or go up on my toes). I can do the box squats…

I'm in...I can't do 1 perfect - all the way down, heels on ground, don't grab a door knob, don't fall over - squat. I like the way this one starts on something I can actually do, a counter balance box squat. If I can do 1 real squat by the 15th I'll be shocked - my hips and ankles just don't want to flex that way.
