I would LOVE more friends! I've been a member for a long time but fell off the wagon, am almost 30 lbs over my pre-baby weight and am trying to get fit again.

I have a fit bit and it puts in extra calories for me based on steps I've taken. I tend to always eat over my 1300 calories, luckily, bc of my exercise, I don't go "over." I am proud of you for eating your 1300 because I think that's pretty tough. Will you friend me so I can see your meals?

I have done almost every "diet" or system out there, and I have found that counting calories has worked best for me. I think each individual person is different, so what works for one may not work for others. I did the 21 day fix and didn't lose weight, but felt a whole lot better. I had more energy and didn't get hungry.…

I've tried every diet out there: juice cleanses, sugar detoxes, cabbage soup diet, 21 day fix, low carb, whole 30, etc. I've found that counting calories is THE BEST way for me bc you can eat anything and aren't limited so much!

I have done T25 in the past and I loved it. It took quite a while for me to feel like I could actually finish a session without feeling like I was going to collapse, but slowly and surely, I got it! I did this in the spring and was so much more toned, firmer, and stronger. Unfortunately, over the summer, I let it all go…
