  • I liked original insanity but with 12 hr shifts back to back Max 30 is a better fit. I'm in week 3 and beginning to see some endurance improvement. I'm not big on weighing myself weekly. I like to do it at weeks at a time. But I definitely recommend it.

  • I had some hip pain last year which we contributed to bursitis - like you described it was painful after sitting. Good thing is that it wasn't permanent. But hip pain like the poster said above could be anything. When I was younger and first began running my hip had some mild soreness which wasn't permanent either.…

  • No. I've had mine two years half the time it spent in my trunk in Texas weather (my fault). Replaced the battery now seems to be fine. My first time using it again will be my next workout. If you get one register and take advantage of the warranty
