This was a pass day and the end of a very long week. I took my 97 year old mother to the emergency department twice during the past week and am currently dealing with the outcome of a mini stroke. Regardless I am planning to do my best to start this upcoming week taking care of myself in addition to her.

Exercise - Yes, managed to fit in 11 miles walking on my first day in NYC. I don't expect that will be the case for the rest of the week but it was a great start. Calories - Yes, under. I was pleased to find several nearby places serving healthy options. Tracked - Yes About myself... I keep trying.

Yes, walked on the treadmill Yes, under my calories Yes, logged my calories I am feeling so good about being consistent about logging my food daily. It really is keeping me on track. And "I" feel so much better physcially too when I am not overeating. I am really happy to be part of this group. :)
