Yes, yes and yes Weights and stretching I normally reflect on three things in my day for which I am grateful at bedtime. And I do have a gratitude journal which I use occasionally. I also like this idea on focusing on wins specific to myself. I will work to add this to the mix.

Yes, yes and yes My routine is pretty consistent. Walking every morning followed by a short yoga workout. I aim to do a weight workout twice a week and a long distance walk on weekends.
