Pass Day Really like the post about chocolate and strength. Nice to put a positive spin on this.

Yes, yes and yes Walking. Another decent day.
-
Yes, yes and yes A straightforward day.
-
Yes, yes and yes Walking. NSV. Really appreciating what others have shared!

Yes, yes and yes Nice list of benefits from exercise. It really is great for you. I made the mental switch from working out on the treadmill to walking outside in the cold this weekend. I think I am better off getting directly acclimated to the cold and that it will help me get through the winter with a better attitude.

It was a pass day for me mostly for not recording. Food was reasonable though likely a little on the high side. It was a surprisingly good day for smiles. One that comes to mind is when I sent a text by mistake to a group (as opposed to a designated individual) asking them if they would like to join me at a future walk…

Yes, yes and yes In regard to change... As much as I like routine and consistency, I accept change happens. And many times, it leads to things I would not have expected. Breathing, as mentioned here, has always been helpful during stressful times.

Yes, yes and yes Walking, stretching and push-ups @Caroline_slowandsteady I could not help but relate to your post on some level. When my kids were younger, my fantasy was a secret apartment where I could just go and sleep. Weirdly I am still thinking this now. My younger overworked son (30ish) and I both joke if we were…

Yes, yes and yes It has been a decent enough day though I did start it with a COVID test. I am vaccinated but at the advice of my sons I went ahead and got a test today. I should find out results sometime tomorrow. Thanks for everyone’s response. The reset button is pushed but it is still a problematic time of year for me.…

Yes, yes and yes I think my biggest line of defense has always been daily walking. I do take various supplements but can be inconsistent in what I take. I think this is okay and that it likely averages out over time. This year I have added probiotics to my diet which I find interesting.

I had a different post planned for today but this one seemed more appropriate for ‘me’. And maybe it will resonate with someone else too? Catching up on recent posts, I am reflecting on that I don’t belong in either the Winner’s Circle or with the Champions for November. So what am I? I could think of myself as a total…
-
Yes, yes and yes Walking and stretching. Finally... getting back to recording/being on track after a bumpy start to November. Too much traveling and trying to take care of everyone else except for myself. I am back home and now focusing on my own self care which is much needed.

Another pass day. I am in the midst of travel and am putting my focus on moderation. Checking in daily and reading the posts is always inspiring even if I can't record a 3 yes day for myself.
-
@biketheworld, thanks for sharing. I am in my own slump of sorts. It helps when someone else shares their experience. Sending encouraging thoughts your way. Pass day for me.
-
Recording a pass day for today (and yesterday). I have been traveling and have not been recording.
-
Yes, yes and yes No winners circle for me.

Adding one more to the 3 Yes day! And thank you for the sharing of your own food/travel experiences! I really enjoyed reading everyone’s posts. The pandemic has made cooking our own food on trips a more desired option within our extended family unit. I bring some food items and basics but I am limited in what I can bring…

I worked an extra long day yesterday as we had an evening event. I came home and put in the post for the next day before heading to bed but have time to read through the posts this morning. @mshawski Sending you a hug of comfort and strength. @Mrs_Hoffer Congrats. That is great news!

Yes, yes and yes Walking, yoga and push-ups/planks

Happy Wednesday! Last week we stayed at a cabin in the mountains. We tried to keep our cooking simple and yet eat healthy. I found an ‘eggs for dinner’ recipe that worked well for us. It was a Mexican egg scramble comprised of eggs, onion, cheese, black beans and a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes/Green chilies all cooked in one…

@Jana_2020 Good post! Yes, yes and yes Getting back on track after returning from vacation. Food was good and I stepped up the exercise by adding a combo HIIT/Strength workout to my normal walking. And back to doing push-ups and core exercises.
-
Yes, yes and yes I don't seem to know how to load pictures for some reason so no photo unfortunately.

I am checking in to record several pass days in a row having been on vacation. It was a good trip and I ate moderately with some splurges. A definite improvement over past travels. I appreciated the intro post. And @Jana_2020 , I completely relate your post.
-
Yes, yes and yes Headed on vacation with intention! I have multiple trips planned for the rest of the year and my goal is to improve the way I handle travel since this is my big area of weakness. I have been told cell phone coverage and wifi coverage is minimal where we are going so I may be checking in later though I will…

Yes yes and yes NSV I think since I have very consistent about my food, I have done less emotional eating. As a result I am spending more time dealing with the actual issues that promote the emotional eating. I don't know if this makes any sense.

Yes, yes and yes Typically I gain during the holidays with family events starting in October. Since I have lost my COVID weight gain, my current focus is to greet New Year's Day at this current weight (or better). So I guess for this year my mindset has changed as I am thinking forward to how I will feel when I wake up on…

Yes yes and yes

Yes, yes and yes It appears I joined in 2014. I have been most consistent since joining the UAC group. I appreciate the site for the information I find in the community threads. I track my food and exercise on different sites.

Yes, yes and yes @biketheworld , Thank you for the series. It has prompted some very interesting and thoughtful discussion. I enjoyed reading everyone’s different thoughts.
