  • Yes, yes and yes Walking AM and PM. Mini wt and stretching workout. I may allow dangerous foods into the house for a meal etc but I don't keep them. I am similar to @jamcnewman in that I throw them in the trash and then put dish soap on them. It drives my husband crazy but it works for me.

  • Walking for exercise and with the dog. Working all week and now also working the weekend so I came home from work and took a much needed nap. I was happy to get on track after yesterday's pass day. I was also happy about taking a nap as opposed to eating to make myself feel better.

  • Yes, yes and yes Walking. Started a yoga workout and quit 4 minutes into after feeling really exhausted. I am not sure what that was about. If I need to focus on one thing, it might be figuring out how to get my energy levels up. I did take a look on Amazon to look at marbles... ;)
