Saint John, NB - please feel free to add me. Agree about the differences in U.S. and Canadian food packaging/options. BTW, we bought a fantastic scale online from Costco. It is a scale and body fat monitor. (Although some days I could cheerfully sling it out the window in front of a passing truck!)
