Yep, me!!! I recently hit 110 days and I had to readjust my mindset. Easter didn’t help, haha. It has been helping me to make an exercise goal. In the first 100 days I finished C25k, completed a 5k, and have set a new goal to run a 10k by June :)

I was going to say something along these same lines!! Eat half of each of the two meals, and if you want to drink, only have one drink and for the rest of the time have water.
