Anyone else been through the 100-day wobble?

I've been doing CICO since January and have been losing around 1-2 pounds a week (I started with around 100 lb to lose). Things have been ticking along pretty well until I hit the 100-day mark and since then i have been struggling. It's almost like I am mentally having a tantrum and / or have gotten bored with it. I guess it's some self sabotage kicking in but it's SO annoying. I eat a pretty varied range of food and allow for some treats, and my calorie level is not too low as I am wanting to eat even when not hungry. I just want ALL of the carbs that I used to eat in large amounts ALL of the time (I'm not doing keto or even low-carb, but I have reduced my intake of bread, rice and pasta to much lower levels).
Anyone else been through this? I am guessing this is more of a mental struggle at the moment!

Yep, me!!! I recently hit 110 days and I had to readjust my mindset. Easter didn’t help, haha. It has been helping me to make an exercise goal. In the first 100 days I finished C25k, completed a 5k, and have set a new goal to run a 10k by June :)

I hit a wall with logging after 75 days or so. I took a break from logging but continued to estimate my portions and stayed on track. I eat pretty similarly from day to day, so I already had a good idea of my portion sizes.

This is one of the reason that diet breaks are recommended. I am currently on one now. For two weeks, I am eating at maintenance, and then I will go back to eating at a deficit. A diet break can help reset hunger hormones, and just be good from a mental perspective where you allow yourself a break to recharge and recommit to CICO. The 100 day mark is right around the perfect time to take one. It's something you might want to consider.
