Sometimes my intake can sneak up. When I notice that it has I mix decaf grounds in with the regular to cut it. Do you work out? Caffeine can have performance enhancing effects. I've never had a problem with extreme hunger when giving blood but I always had an extra snack or small meal that day and a ton of extra water. Are you well hydrated? Designer Whey! I like the chocolate and strawberry. Vanilla is good too but I mix that one with greens. I like that brand (I find it at trader joe's and target) because no artificial sweeteners.
