Growing up in Iowa, now in Texas, winters don't bother me unless solid ice stays on for six days as it did when wifey was in hospital last Dec. bummer....but, exercise has to be just a common day lifestyle, like eating and sleeping.

I exercised my will power today...in Ft. Worth, rainy, foggy, 59 degrees....I went to Ol South Pancake House anyway for my German Pancake (220 cals) plus syrup (1T 52), but hey, it is my birthday....83 today.

I hope you do a lot of research on eating in a healthy way. You can start the downward pattern as you count calories and stick to staying below your calorie budget goal. Some exercising is important so you can burn up some calories, but do log in daily and keep accurate and honest records. Know the beautiful you can be you.
