A little chit=chat tonight on my supper

I'm cooking hamburger patties with Island Teriyaki sauce and onions tonight; also mashed potatoes with butter, garlic and Mediterranean salt; Creamy gravy (canned); pinto beans also canned, sugar free lime pineapple jello; and dessert is sugar free vanilla pudding dry with crushed pineapple, yogurt, sour cream and poured into graham cracker crust. Ymmmm....I figured about 700 calories, still below my cal budget.

I had chicken. I don't know what kind of chicken it was, other than breast.. My guy cooked it, so >.> -shrug- lol

Enjoyed German Pancake with sugar free syrup at Ole South Pancake House in Ft. Worth. I was surprised it is only 200 calories.0
