HI Jenny I struggle with motivation too sometimes, 2 kids work school after school clubs etc, I find its easy to leave what I need until last so goodness knows how you manage with 5! I have found it easier to keep motivated this week by trying to plan ahead for food etc so its easier to avoid tripping myself up. Exercise…

If you hate cooking and are short on time maybe buy a slow cooker. I literally just throw any meat or chicken in a few vegetables and turn it on when I go to work so its ready once I get home then I am not tempted to get a take away, if you google slow cooker recipes there is loads of different things to choose from :-)
