well I am using the app to help count calories on my fast days. When I am highly motivated I try to track to make sure I do not go over 1800 on my "feed days" Some days I really want to eat a lot more so it definately helps to plan out the day. According to the Body for Life Program you exercise on an empty stomach. But anyway I can't have food in my stomach most times when I run, so unless it is a half marathon I will run on an empty stomach, fueling after 45 min of activity. Most of the time that is what I do. But I am not skinny :) that's why I'm here :#
