I really enjoy the Keto pancakes. I do leave out the cinnamon though if I am using them as a wrap. 2 ounces cream cheese, 2 eggs, teaspoon of non sugar sweetener, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Blend it all together and fry them up like a regular pancake.

Hi, low carb is great and works well for a lot of people. I found it hard being Paleo as it really limited what I could eat when I wasn't the one cooking and it is more of a lifestyle change than a diet. But if you are looking to just limit carbs, I find it pretty easy and rewarding.

Instead of trying to punish people for being overweight and making more money for insurance companies (because if you think you are going to see any of that you are mistaken), why not reward those who are fit, don't smoke, and lead a healthy lifestyle? Oh wait! They do, they get lower premiums!

Good luck! Just make sure you are doing things the right way. Start with diet. You can lose a ton of weight just from changing your diet. Add in some exercise at least three times and week and the weight will fall off. In 12 weeks you could make a noticeable change in your physique if you work hard and eat right. I would…
