This is purely anecdotal, but on days when I study and have a low carb intake I have horrendous headaches. I'm also not sure if it's low carb, low calorie or something unrelated. I just know that the headache seems to disappear if I eat something with carbs, protein and fat - grilled cheese on toast seems to sort me out.

Full-time law student here, in my final year and doing an honours thesis as part of it. I've upped my calories to approximately maintenance until the end of this semester - losing weight is important, but I struggle a lot with studying at a deficit, and right now, the main thing is to finish up with strong grades :) Best…
