this is somewhat dishearthening, lol. i always dreamed that when i reached my goal weight that i would have slimmer calves. yet here i am, oh so very close, and i still have to buy 'wide calf' tall boots. oh well, i am okay with taking the good with the not so good. :smiley:

lately, on sunday afternoon, i have been roasting veggies, cooking grains, and grilling meats then putting them in separate containers. in the mornings while i drink my coffee i pre-log my meals, which i pick and choose from the things i prepared on sunday. i supplement with smoothies and fresh fruit and veggies. it has…
