trying to calculate my tdee
hi all! i am trying to calculate my tdee. i walk 12-15k steps a day. does that make me sedentary or lightly active. i also zumba twice a week. so i am thinking i am lightly active, but those calories...scary! thanks for your input!

activity trackers and logging exercise
if you have an activity tracker, do you log your non-step based exercises on mfp or with the other account? i have a fitbit and have been logging my zumba with fitbit, but it doesnt show up in my feed like my friends' exercise. is this because they log here? is there a benefit to logging exercise on mfp?

where do you wear your fitbit during dance class?
hi all! i have a flex and i usually wear it on my hip, except when i zumba, then i tie it to my shoelace and log my exercise after. however, last night i forgot to move it from my hip and it appears that i received many more 'steps' than usual. so i am wondering, am i getting less steps than i should on my foot, or more…
