trying to calculate my tdee

hi all! i am trying to calculate my tdee. i walk 12-15k steps a day. does that make me sedentary or lightly active. i also zumba twice a week. so i am thinking i am lightly active, but those calories...scary!

    I would guess lightly active, but does not really matter as these calculators will be purely a jumping off/estimate for you. Run with the number it gives you and go from there. If after a few weeks at that number you are losing, then great. Based on the weight you have averagely lost, you can better get "your" TDEE and adjust further if needed. If after a few weeks you are not losing or gaining some, then again, adjust as necessary.
