ehh...just go to the gym. and then keep going. hopefully your need to change your appearance for others will morph into a desire to keep getting stronger for yourself. that is what is going to keep you going and that is what is going to give you confidence. also? you will no longer care about those other people...

i always have two breakfasts! i wake up at 5; exercise; breakfast #1 at 6ish; go to work. then i am hungry again usually around 9:30 so i eat again. my cals fit into my day and i don't do hungry, so...yeah...two breakfasts. works for me!

i eat it almost every day, mostly roasted. i mixed the roasted cubes with sautéd kale for my side tonight. think of how you would use a sweet potato, and sub the butternut. delish! lately i have been loving roasted bnut cubes on a tortilla with green chilis and cheese, maybe some black beans if i am feeling feisty. squeeze…

I am chained to my desk during the week! I aim for 12-15k steps a day (usually by the time I get home) and I Zumba twice a week. Some days are easier than others!

i was cruising along just fine today until about 2pm(ish). i had 12k steps give or take when suddenly my iPhone mfp said i had 25k. still says that but my cals are about right for my accurate steps. i am assuming it will right itself soon. i have a flex.

i tend to order appetizers for my meal. they are the right size for me and i don't have to worry about leftovers. also leaves room for the most important part...dessert!

logging is time consuming at first, and it takes a while to get it right. but if you keep at it, you'll get there. also, slow down and dont try to tackle everyting at once; that only leads to frustration. maybe stick with eating less and logging for now. and then, when you feel more confident, worry about your macros. i picked a clothing size that looked/sounded reasonable to me for my age and lifestyle. i am now at that size and the next size smaller and feel okay. i am still a work in progress though. now that i have the 55 pounds off, i am working on my fitness. :smile:
